Memorial Day: The unofficial start of the summer season and the day we honor the fallen who have served our country with Hero WOD "Murph". If you're not quite sure where to start, read on for who, what, when, and where you can participate in Murph.
Who: You and the hundreds of gyms from around the world, however we have made it easy for you and found all the gyms in the 757 area hosting the workout!
What: The “Murph” Workout is a unique Memorial Day tradition where gyms from all around the world participate in. The workout honors LT. Michael P. Murphy (SEAL), who like many in the armed forces, have given the ultimate sacrifice. The workout consists of:
1 Mile Run
100 Pull Ups
200 Push Ups
300 Air Squats
1 Mile Run
… in a 20lbs/14lbs vest
When: All Memorial Day Weekend.
Where: Team Endurance made it easy for you and found all the local gyms in the 757 that are hosting the workout as well as if they are having an after party or taking donations.
