This is a fun holiday challenge between gyms and a great way to get some holiday shopping done while doing what we all love to do…workout! The goal is to have as many reps/rounds as a group. The bigger your group the better chance you have to WIN! The workout can be completed Rx or Scaled. But…if you complete the workout as RX each rep will be counted as double. When you complete the workout scaled each rep will count as one. Once you decide you want to complete the workout Rx or Scaled, you must complete all 24 minutes the way you started.

Endurance will bring apparel and gear to help make holiday shopping easier with a 5% discount on your entire order. Let your members know they can call us to pre place an order to assure size and availability. Just make sure they let us know it is for the “Endurance Sled” to receive 5% off their entire order.
We are offering this fun event on Wednesday evenings or Saturday mornings. You are welcome to run heats, the more members the more reps you will get!

What to do now?
1. Pick a date and time. Wednesday evening or Saturday morning.
2. Email or call Endurance to lock in your spot. The event is open to all gyms so it is first come first serve. Do not wait to lock in your spot.
3. Send out a blast to all of your members, ask them to invite their friends and family to join in the fun.
4. Let everyone know they will SAVE at the Endurance table, 5% off the entire total. Pre orders are encouraged to assure size and availability. Every member that joins in the fun will be entered to WIN a VIRUS duffel bag.
This will be an annual event so make sure your members keep track of their rounds for next year.

    Crossfit great bridge may be interested but just want to make sure I understand the wod and how it works. Do all need to do RX or scaled or pairs decide that? Tje idea would be, The more pairs= the more reps? Thank you.
